The Design and Artists Copyright Society (DACS) has appointed three new directors to its board: JONATHAN GOSLING, JAMES NADIN and GAJINDER PANESAR.

Nadin is a barrister, specialising in commercial law, with 18 years’ experience of litigation and arbitration. He recently founded a business to help promote contemporary art prints, raising funds for charities and institutions.

Gosling is Emeritus Professor of Leadership at the University of Exeter and has served on the boards of the Fintry Trust and Defence Academy. He also manages the estate of painter Keith Vaughan.

Panesar is currently a Fellow within Siemens EDA, having joined from UltraSoC where he worked as Chief Technology Officer. He holds a BSc in Cybernetics and Computer Science and an MSc in Electronics System Design.

DACS says the trio will help deliver "ambitions plans to secure changes for artists in the medium and long term," including its recently published Manifesto for Artists.
