Curator announced for Liverpool Biennial

MANUELA MOSCOSO has been named as the new Curator for Liverpool Biennial 2020. She is the Senior Curator at Tamayo Museo (Mexico City) and will co-curate the 11th edition with the Liverpool Biennial team.
