Anne-Marie Crowther has been appointed as the new Director of the Performing Arts Network and Development Agency. She will replace Liz O’Neill, who left the organisation in May to become Chief Executive at Zion Arts Centre in Manchester.
Charlotte Ray and Vanessa Reed are to become Co-Directors of the PRS Foundation for New Music. Ray returns from maternity leave to oversee Foundation operations and lead existing grants and partnership programmes. Reed, who has led the organisation over the past year, will be in charge of external relationships and developing new partnerships.

The new Development and Marketing Manager for the European Union Youth Orchestra is Brendan Walsh.
Elizabeth Lynch (pictured) is the new Chair of The Arts Catalyst, a science-art agency that explores the relationship between art, science and society. She is an independent arts programme producer, currently producing Evolving Words for the Darwin200 celebrations, and a former Director of the Roundhouse Studios. Jo Fells (pictured) has also joined the agency as Head of Marketing and PR. She was formerly Head of Press and Marketing at Museum of London and Communications Manager at the Science Museum.
Robert Palmer, Director of Culture and Cultural and National Heritage at the Council of Europe, has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors at Visiting Arts.
The appointment of Rachael Ogden as Managing Director of Inpress, the membership organisation which provides sales and marketing support to independent publishers across the UK, coincides with the relocation of the organisation to the North East from its London base.
Spread the Word, a London-based writer development agency, has four new members of staff. Penny Rutterford takes up the post of Communications Manager. Eva Lewin becomes Writer Development Manager, having previously worked for Centerprise Literature as Writer Development Co-ordinator and Co-Director of Hackney Literature Festival. Caroline Joyner joins as Participation Manager, and Candida Ronald, who worked previously with Richard Alston Dance Company and Dance Umbrella, becomes General Manager.
Cultural Innovations has appointed two new senior members of staff and eight additional consulting staff. Bill Hart, who previously ran Synchronicity Consultants, is the new Commercial Director. Deborah Dunham joins from KPMG as Head of Consultancy Services.
Kevin Fitzmaurice will join the Royal Shakespeare Company as Producer in September. He moves from the Young Vic theatre where he has been Executive Director since March 2001.
