Mountview Drama School's joint Chief Executives – Principal & Artistic Director STEPHEN JAMESON and Executive Director SARAH PREECE – will step down in December 2021 after eight years.
During their tenure the organisation moved into a new £30m purpose-built home in Peckham, south London, delivering theatre training at foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate level, as well as programmes for local young people and the community and spaces for professionals.
Mountview’s Chair Dame VIKKI HEYWOOD, who is stepping down herself in October, described the pair as “a formidable double act” who have “widened inclusion, broadened the profile, delivered a new business model and established a brave new creative vision that celebrates Mountview’s past”.
