CARO NEWLING, Vice President of the Society of London Theatre, is to step down as Chair of theatre company Paines Plough after nine years in the role. She will be replaced by KIM GRANT, head of the theatre company’s audit and risk sub-committee.
CAROLYN SAUNDERS and SARAH MANSELL have also been appointed to the organisation’s board.
After 10 years in post, Sir HOWARD PANTER, co-founder of Ambassador Theatre Group and joint CEO of Trafalgar Entertainment, will step down as Chair of dance company Rambert in 2019.
Professor KEVIN FENTON has been appointed as Chair of Trustees at charity and social enterprise Aesop, which created the pioneering Dance to Health project.
HARRIET COOPER, previously Programme Manager for exhibitions and events at Colchester’s Firstsite gallery, has become Head of Programme at Jerwood Visual Arts. She will cover SARAH WILLIAMS’ maternity leave.
