ELIZABETH MACDONALD, Managing Director of East Lothian-based event management company Anwyl Ford, is to become Music at Paxton festival’s new Festival Manager.
Northern Ireland’s Young at Art has promoted EIBHLIN DE BARRA, who has been Programme Officer at the organisation for the past four years, to the role of Director. She succeeds ALI FITZGIBBON, who has joined Queen’s University Belfast as an Industry Fellow.
JAMES RUNCIE, author of ‘The Grantchester Mysteries’ and previously Head of Literature and Spoken Word at the Southbank Centre, will join BBC Radio 4 as Commissioning Editor for Arts from May.

Theatre Royal Norwich Chief Executive PETER WILSON is to leave the organisation. He will focus on his theatre company, PW Productions, which has taken over as operator of the Arts Theatre in London.
Currently Director of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, GAVIN REID is to join Scottish Chamber Orchestra as Chief Executive. He will replace ROY McEWAN, who retires after 23 years in the role.
SARAH CROMPTON, formerly Arts Editor in Chief of the Daily Telegraph, and HOLLY WILLIAMS, formerly of The Independent, are to join WhatsOnStage as Chief Theatre Critic and Staff Critic respectively.
