JON GILCHRIST, the Bush Theatre’s Executive Director since 2014, is to step down from the post at the end of 2017. He will work as a consultant in cultural regeneration from the Autumn.
The Hallé Concerts Society has appointed RUTH HARKIN, Director of Finance and Support Services at St Ann’s Hospice, as its new Finance Director. She takes over from VAL HAWKIN, who will continue to work part-time with the orchestra.
Former Controller of Radio 1 ANDY PARFITT has announced he will step down as Chair of Youth Music in December 2017, after completing five years in the role.
CELIA JOICEY, Head of the Fashion and Textile Museum in London, is to join Dovecot as its new Director. She replaces DAVID WEIR, who departs after a 17-year leadership.
KATHRYN WELCH has become Interim Director of Voluntary Arts Scotland, taking up the role for 9 months on secondment from her role as Development Manager at the Macrobert Arts Centre in Stirling.
Previously Director of Gulbenkian, the University of Kent’s arts centre, LIZ MORAN has become Director of Arts and Culture at the university.

MONIQUE DELETANT, currently Director (job share) at Stratford Circus Arts Centre and previously Interim Chief Executive/Chief Operating Officer at Rich Mix, has become Dance Hub Birmingham’s first Director.
Artistic Director and Founder of Northern Broadsides, BARRIE RUTTER, has announced that he will step down in April 2018 after 25 years at the helm of the organisation.
Following 36 years as Chief Executive of Southampton’s Art Asia, VINOD DESAI is to leave the organisation to explore his own musical interests and spend more time with his grandchildren.
