Oval House, which is housed in an "unassuming brick building more reminiscent of a municipal community centre than a cutting-edge theatre space", is to re-invent itself with new packaging: a seventy-foot long computer-generated mural.
Chromagene, a digital exhibition design firm, has created a giant cartoon strip featuring recent and up-and-coming stars who have created characters especially for the mural in a photoshoot with Observer magazine photographer Suki Dhanda. The mural will be unveiled on September 28 at the Unwrapped all-day Party.
