A survey of consumers? attitudes to online purchasing has found that acceptance of online ticketing is still growing.

Conducted by online ticketing supplier ts.com amongst a range of ticket bookers in the sports, entertainment and travel markets, the survey found that 97% of respondents would recommend buying tickets online to their friends, 58% buy more frequently if they can buy online and 70% would prefer to receive promotional offers by email rather than by any other means. 94% of performing arts bookers found the online process as good or better than the phone, and 87% found the online purchase process offered by ts.com?s own clients easy to use.
