The last in a series of sculptures has been installed at an old ironworks near Brigand in South Wales, as part of the ?Changing Places? project.
In total, 21 sites across England and Wales, including old collieries, run-down canal-sides, chemical dumps and waste tips, have been part of the project, run by environmental charity Groundwork UK, through which derelict industrial land has been reclaimed for local people as parks, play areas and nature reserves.

The final sculpture, entitled Breaking the Mould by artist Andy McKeown, depicts a giant seed emerging from a broken industrial cast, to symbolise the way in which the programme has generated new life from the remnants of industrial decline. Further details of this, as well as the history of the project and the locations of all 21 sculptures, will be published by Groundwork shortly.
