Sir Jeremy Isaacs, former Chief Executive of Channel Four and General Director of the Royal Opera House, is to chair the panel, with broadcaster Sue MacGregor and Judith Mayhew, Chairman of the Policy and Resources Committee at the Corporation of London, as deputies. The nine members of the panel include well known figures from the worlds of sport, journalism and tourism, as well as the arts, which will be represented by concert pianist Barry Douglas, former Scottish Arts Council Chair Magnus Linklater and Stewart McGill, Artistic Director of Playbox Theatre.
