The Natural History Museum has extended the opening hours of its first ever outdoor exhibition, Earth from the Air (http://www.earthfromtheair.com), due to its overwhelming popularity.
The exhibition, which has already been seen by 10 million people in cities across the world, features 150 aerial photographs by French photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand, each 2m by 1.5m in size, and covers an area half the size of a football pitch. The images capture the characteristics and patterns of the natural world which can only be seen from a bird?s-eye view. Throughout the summer the east gardens of the Museum will stay open until 10pm.The exhibition runs until September.
