Previously General Manager of the Open Air Theatre in Regent?s park, Sheila Benjamin has joined ABL Cultural Consulting as Head of Business and Administration. She will be overseeing the Company?s sales operation, developing its marketing and managing its support team.

The new Chief Executive of Guildford School of Acting is Ian Albery, who was previously Chief Executive of Sadler?s Wells.

Sarah Lewis has been appointed to the new post of Cultural Entitlement Officer for Oxfordshire County Council. She was previously Access Officer at Newport Museum & Art Gallery in South Wales.

John Mulgrew, who is Director of Educational and Social Services for East Ayrshire Council, has been appointed to the Scottish Arts Council. He was President of the Association of Directors of Education in 2001, as well as being a member of the National Review in Education.

After nearly 3 years as Marketing Manager for Bluecoat Arts Centre, Liverpool, Cherylee O?Shaughnessy has taken up the new position of Marketing/Project Development Officer for Pembrokeshire at MASC (Marketing Arts Swansea and Carmarthenshire).


Hanna Wiggins is leaving her post as Campaign Co-ordinator with The Phone Room Ltd to pursue a career as an artist. Emma Stevens (pictured) joins as Hanna?s replacement and Katie Rees has been appointed as Account Executive.

Following Leslie Hampson?s move to become Norfolk Creative Director for Creative Partnerships, Fahim Qureshi has become Arts Development Manager for Luton Borough Council. He was previously Arts Development Manger at Watford Borough Council.
