EQ?s work to address the issues of equality and diversity in the creative industries (AP issue 96, 25 April) aims to open up pathways into the sector for all individuals traditionally excluded from or under-represented within it. Our work will encompass people with disabilities, people from non-traditional education, young people at risk of social exclusion, and gender issues as well as people from minority ethnic communities.
