News ? Metier metamorphosis

Former National Training Organsisation, Metier, has changed its focus and its name to become a national equality and diversity agency for the creative industries.
The new agency, EQ, will concentrate on improving access to careers in the creative industries for Black and Minority Ethnic communities. The organisation will also offer advice and advocacy on issues of equality and diversity. Philip Hedley, former Artistic Director of Theatre Royal Stratford East, will chair the new organisation.
