Douglas Irvine (pictured) formerly Artistic Co-Director has become Artistic Producer of Scottish theatre company Visible Fictions.
Kathryn McDowell will be joining London Symphony Orchestra as Managing Director in August. She is currently Director of the City of London Festival and was previously Chief Executive of the Wales Millennium Centre. She succeeds Clive Gillinson who is leaving to become Executive Director and Artistic Director of the Carnegie Hall in New York.
Jane Greenfield, Artistic Director of Dance4, is leaving to develop her role as an independent producer. She is succeeded by Nicky Molloy, previously Head of External Relations at Laban and Executive Director of Transitions Dance Company.

Cultural Enterprise Office, the Scottish creative industries advisor, has appointed a number of advisors to its regional offices: Jim Ewan will be based in Aberdeen; Carol Soutar is taking up the Dundee post; Fiona Pilgrim will be based in Edinburgh; and Lowri Potts is joining the Glasgow office. Marie Milligan has recently joined as Information Assistant.

Bury St Edmunds Art Gallery Trust has appointed Alison Plumridge as Director to take over from Barbara Taylor. She was previously Senior Curator at the Art Gallery and Museum at The Royal Pump Rooms in Leamington Spa.
Spitalfields Festival has appointed Diana Burrell as Artistic Director, to take effect from the December 2006 Festival. Jonathan Dove will continue as Artistic Director until the end of the June 2006 Festival.
