A new learning disability film festival, Oska Bright, will run as a strand in the Brighton Film Festival, presenting a range of short films made by and reflecting on the experiences of people with learning disabilities.
Co-ordinated by a committee of people with learning disabilities, the festival has been set up by learning disability arts organisation Carousel and community film makers Junk TV, with support from Mencap.
