Glasgow?s Hunterian Museum and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) are taking part in a £40m Scottish Executive scheme to incorporate business skills into the school curriculum.

The ?Determined to Succeed? project was established in response to research showing that a work-related curriculum can improve the attainment of young people who risk disaffection with a more traditional approach. The RSNO, which runs a range of outreach projects with adults and children (pictured), will set up a number of workshops linked to an enterprise challenge that will involve creating, recording and marketing a new piece of music.
