A new web resource featuring artists and arts organisations who have used grant funding for training and development to further their careers has been created by Arts Council England, East Midlands to enable artists to learn from others who have been successful.
Entitled ?I made it ? so can you?, the site provides case studies of 11 grant recipients, including Lincolnshire singer, choir leader and composer Sally Brown (pictured), whose participation in a mentoring scheme and work with musicians of national calibre enabled her to produce a career development plan for her musical work.
