News – Scheme closed

The RSA Art for Architecture scheme has closed after 13 years, following the reallocation of funding by The Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) to a new £500,000 programme to be launched in May (ArtsProfessional issue 68, February 23).
Jes Fernie, Director of RSA Art for Architecture, who has been made redundant, said, ?It is a pity that a shift in cultural policy and the redirection of funds has meant the closure of such a successful and crucial scheme.?
