News – Arts Factory develops Parc 21

A new learning centre, workspace for rent and green housing units will form the core of Parc 21 (pictured), a new community project based in the Rhondda, South Wales.

The initiative is being run by Arts Factory, a membership organisation which generates revenue through creative enterprise and spends it on facilities for the local community. ZED Factory architects, nominees for this year’s Stirling Prize for Architecture, have been commissioned to develop the scheme.
