News – Diversity bursaries

Two of Arts Council England’s former training schemes aiming to tackle the under-representation of Black, Asian, Chinese and disabled managers in the arts have been merged to form a new Fellowship and Apprenticeship Programme, managed by the not-for-profit organisation Showhow.
11 management bursaries worth a total of £143,000 are enabling arts employers to take trainee managers on 12-month placements supported by training, mentoring and networking.
