Adrian Phillips accuses UK arts organisations of ?shoddy customer relations? (ArtsProfessional issue 57, September 8), but we are not all guilty.
The Roses Theatre has built its reputation upon a firm core of superb customer service. So successful has been its policy on customer relations, that this is sometimes the main reason for people attending ? over and above the event itself! We are renowned as the friendliest theatre in the county, treating our customers as though they are the centre of our universe. Box office and front of house staff are trained to provide a courteous, friendly and efficient service. Maybe it?s time that Adrian took a whistle-stop tour of venues across the country to put their customer relations policies to the test!
