Goole Town Council has published a report detailing the findings of its innovative action research youth arts development programme.
The programme, known as ?Latch-on?, included a diverse range of participatory activity, providing opportunities for young people to devise their own break-dancing show, work with dancers and poets, and to interpret theatre performances into a graffiti wall (pictured). Conclusions have been drawn as to how art can equip young people with both personal and work-related skills. For copies of the report e: helen@thegate.freeserve.co.uk
