Former Chief Executive of Southern Arts, Robert Hutchison, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Inspires, the consortium behind the city?s bid to become European Capital of Culture in 2008.

Keith Bartlett is the new Chair of the board of Norwich?s Cinema City. Currently Vice-Principal at Norwich School of Art and Design and formerly Director of the School of Media at the Arts Institute in Bournemouth, Keith first worked at Cinema City as a part-time bar-tender 18 years ago.
