ACRONIM, a searchable online bibliographical database of cultural research from across the world has been launched by Euclid. Initially containing around 3,000 items of cultural research and documentation, the archive will be continuously updated with new research projects and publications. The Australia Council's online resource for arts marketers, fuel4arts.com, has released a new chapter describing strategies for e-mail promotions. Artists and creative practitioners interested in providing workshops and residencies for schools, colleges and community groups are being invited to register on CIDA's Yorkshire and Humber Artists Database. The aim of the project is to encourage greater contact between artists and the formal and informal education sector, and improve artists? access to work opportunities. Watermill Theatre is inviting submissions for ?Raising Voices?, a celebration of new writing for the stage. Six new plays will be chosen and the writers will have the opportunity to work on their play for a day with a dramaturg and then with a professional director and actors for a further day.
