Education role for entrepreneur joining Hull 2017

25-year-old entrepreneur PHIL BATTY, who set up Force-7 youth marketing and research agency at the age of 16, has been appointed to the role of Director of Education, Skills & Legacy for Hull, UK City of Culture 2017.
