Dame Liz Forgan
The outgoing Chair of Arts Council England, DAME LIZ FORGAN, will become the new Chair of the National Youth Orchestra when her term of office ends in January 2013. She takes over from ALAN RUSBRIDGER who has held the role for eight years.
