Letter – Bouncing Back – From Robert Iles, Dynamic Listing Ltd

In ArtsProfessional issue 19 (p4) you mention the ?Culture Online? report published by McKinsey & Co. I went to the web page and looked at the report.
On its front page is an email address [email protected]. I emailed them and the email bounced! So I looked up http://www.drummondmadell.com ?a holding page. Are these really the people being asked to report on Culture Online? Perhaps they should try it themselves first.
