News – Come dancing

A new Dance Forum involving key members of the dance sector and representatives from Whitehall has been announced by Culture Minister, David Lammy.
The Forum will contribute to discussions on a range of significant issues facing the sector, and inform the stated commitment of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport to creating greater access to dance, supporting excellence and developing the health benefits of dance. David Lammy said, Government recognises that to support dance in a more informed way we need to have a constructive ongoing dialogue with the sector.
