Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) has taken over management of the 1,200-seat Savoy Theatre, making it the organisation?s twenty-fourth UK venue and its eleventh in the West End.
ATG, together with the Tulbart Group, purchased the venue for an undisclosed sum from current owners West One. The move is the latest in a string of changes in ownership of West End theatre stock, coming just days after Nimax completed the transfer of four theatres from Andrew Lloyd Webber?s Really Useful Theatres.
