Ticketing software is being made available free of charge to all UK arts venues in a special offer by software supplier Synchro Systems.
Venuemaster, which has sold over 800 licences since its launch in 1997, is used at a wide range of theatres, festivals and museums, both large and small, including the Royal Concert Hall Glasgow, Customs House (Tyne & Wear), Brecon Jazz Festival and the National Museum of Film Photography and Television in Bradford. The system has been designed to help arts organisations make ticket sales and reservations, generate marketing intelligence and run their membership schemes. A 2-user licence of the product is being offered to arts organisations looking to enhance the efficiency of their customer interface.
