Letter – Secret venue – from Mark Allinson, Databox Users Group
Please can you tell everybody about a great place to have meetings in London.
It is between Euston Station, and Euston Square underground and is extremely cheap! The Meeting Place is a 1930’s type social club which is apparently unchanged since the early sixties. As well as meeting rooms there is a big kitchen/buffet and a very helpful administrator, Barbara Rogers (t: 020 7916 5463). The only shortcoming is no lift access or disabled toilets. For us, its central location and very reasonable rates have been a revelation. Enjoy!
