A merger between First Call Group, the UK?s largest independent distributor of entertainment, sports and events tickets, and Seatem UK, a European distributor of leisure tickets, is set to create Europe?s largest ticketing business.
The new venture will bring together some of the industry?s best known brand names under the umbrella of Seatem UK Ltd, including First Call, Keith Prowse, Global Tickets, Applause, and Space Time Systems, which operates the bocs ticketing system.
