Revenue grant monies previously allocated to the Centre for Visual Arts (CVA) in Cardiff, which closed last year, have been committed in the short-term to an Arts Council of Wales (ACW) scheme supporting Special Visual Arts and Crafts Projects.
The scheme is intended to fund a wide range of activities, including exhibitions, workshops, demonstrations, residencies, education programmes, publications, seminars and research. The long-term use of the funding will be determined once the future of the Old Library building, where CVA was based, is resolved.
