Transform

Transform is seeking an Assistant Producer to join the team, with a specific focus on supporting and assisting the development and delivery of the Transform festival and our year-round programme. This is a creative and administrative support role suitable for someone who wants to build their experience in producing performance and festivals.

This role would be suitable for someone at an early stage in their producing career, or who is interested in the arts and has built up relevant experience in other ways. You will need a curiosity to learn more about Transform’s work, enjoy keeping organised and efficient, and be excited about working with others to make bold, brave, vivid and socially-conscious performance happen.

We have exciting plans over the coming year, including our role delivering a brand-new international showcase, the expansion of our co-created and artistic development work, and the realisation of our next festival. We are expanding our team to meet the demands of this lively, ambitious programme of work.

This Assistant Producer will work closely with Transform’s Producer Ali Ford, who oversees the delivery of Transform’s festivals and wider programme. The role will also work closely with the Producer (Creative People), a new role overseeing our co-created and artist development work.

Working closely with the Transform producing team, the Assistant Producer will support the administration and delivery of a variety of brand-new productions, visiting international shows, co-created projects with younger people and communities and special events.

If you are interested in the arts and festivals, want to learn more about what goes into making ambitious projects and events happen and enjoy being organised and efficient – we want to hear from you.

We particularly encourage applications from people who are currently under-represented within the UK arts sector - including those from lower socio-economic backgrounds, who are ethnically and culturally diverse and who experience racism, who are disabled and neuro-diverse.
