“Theatre Centre… defies clichés.” The Guardian

Theatre Centre brings world class theatre straight into the heart of schools. We make plays with big heart that empower children and young people to think, act and speak for themselves. We are experts in touring, going everywhere, so all children and young people can see excellent live theatre.

The Enterprise and Development Manager is a new post for Theatre Centre, the outcome of our ambitions to be a more financially dynamic and enterprising organisation. We have been working to this goal since 2016 with moderate success, and are now looking for an experienced professional with a head for both business and creativity to elevate our work in this area. The successful candidate will work as part of our small team to instil the basics of enterprise throughout all we do, but take the lead on income-generating activity. They will be a brilliant communicator in all ways, and a natural salesperson and strategist who will help grow our existing products to the next level whilst developing new ideas for the Company’s future.
