Do you have a broad and up-to date awareness and understanding of the challenges for music creators who are seeking to develop their career? Are you passionate and knowledgeable about all kinds of new music including contemporary classical, alternative, Black British music genres, folk, jazz, electronic and pop? If yes, then this role could be for you.
PRS Foundation is looking for a driven, collaborative and inclusive senior manager with experience of working in the arts & cultural sector or music industry and an understanding of talent development, music funding and its importance to diverse music creators across the UK.
The selected candidate will lead the planning, management and evaluation of all of PRS Foundation’s grants and programme activities.
You will be able to work effectively in a busy, hands-on role. You will have proven leadership skills and a strong track record as a team or project manager. You will be excited about the opportunity of leading a grants team of 5 people and contributing to a small, dynamic organisation which is ambitious and continuing to evolve.
