We aim to inspire and help empower individuals, families and communities to have a voice to develop and grow. We also encourage and train others who share our passion to bring hope and happiness through the life-changing power of music.
As one of the new Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisations, we’re now expanding to prepare for an exciting period of transformation with our ambition to become an international centre of excellence for Community Music and Wellbeing that’s open to all.
We’re seeking an exceptional highly motivated and compelling communicator who wants to join a socially engaged charity that thrives on diversity and combines music with heart, creativity, compassion and fun. PMZ is a Gold Investors in People workplace that assessors described as ‘inspirational’ and 100% of staff said was a “great place to be”. Join us?
