The belief that theatre belongs to everyone lies at the heart of our work and we are committed to making sure that everyone has the opportunity to participate. We run enriching, ambitious and inclusive programmes and events for people of all ages and from all backgrounds. The ideal candidate will share our passion for inclusivity and the belief that every person has the right to experience the arts. They will have a proven track record of initiating, facilitating, devising and delivering youth theatre activities, community theatre projects and creative workshops.
This is an exciting time to join Nottingham Playhouse Participation as, under the leadership of Martin Berry, Head of Participation, the department is developing new projects and ways of working to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to take part in the arts.
Nottingham Playhouse is committed to a policy of equality of opportunity and creating a workforce representative of the diverse communities we work with. We actively encourage applications from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic and Disabled people.
