General Manager

Part time (22.5 hours) | Permanent | £50,000 per annum, pro rata

At a time where cultural education opportunities for children and young people are being eroded, our work has never been more important. This is particularly true for those who have additional social, economic or geographic barriers inhibiting their participation. Our work seeks to resist and counter that inequality of opportunity by creating and facilitating networks and partnerships that can deliver this change.

The role of General Manager is a senior role, which ensures the smooth running of our organisation. The General Manager leads the teams responsible for organisational management and finance. By overseeing day-to-day operations and working closely with the Artistic Director/Chief Executive to maintaining relationships with stakeholders and contributing to strategy, they play a vital role in leading a successful and sustainable business. Because this is a part-time post we are looking for someone who is effective and efficient.
