The General Manager will be responsible to the Chair and Board of Trustees and will play a pivotal role in scoping, setting and securing the future strategic direction of the company.
Applicants should have at least 3 years in a senior management role, ideally in a charitable, cultural or educational setting. Candidates should also have good experience of strategic and financial planning, coupled with excellent communication skills and a commitment to the cultural development of children and young people.
This is a freelance position, estimated at an average of 2-3 days per week.
