It exists to advocate, educate and provide information around issues which affect musicians and the industry that surrounds them.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in London as Creative Programme Manager.
We’re looking for someone who is a nurturing team leader
This role is integral to the delivery of the charity’s Creative Programme, managing current grant funding programmes and overseeing other specific projects as required. In addition to this, you will undertake regular reviews of the Creative Programme ensuring that funding schemes remain relevant and impactful to musicians across the UK.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate experience of delivering grant funding programmes from start to finish, or equivalent strategic delivery expertise gained in the charitable or music sector. A strong knowledge of artist/professional development in the UK as well as music education and the music scene more widely across a range of genres is desirable. Demonstrable track record of evaluating and monitoring application processes is also essential. A strong collaborator, you will have an eye for detail and a process driven approach to your work and you’ll thrive in supportive environment where you can make a difference. We’re looking for someone who is a nurturing team leader but also someone who believes in seeing things through to the end to achieve shared goals.
Providing leadership and management of the team will also be a key aspect of the role; we are also looking for candidates who are passionate and experienced in managing a team within a busy, learning environment.
