Hartlepool Borough Council is looking to recruit a Performance Venues Manager to manage and develop the Town Hall Theatre and Borough Hall Buildings in the town. The successful candidate will have a good track record in managing performance venue with a capacity of up to 1,000. They will also be commercially-minded and will spearhead the drive to maximize the commercial potential of both venues.

Educated to degree level or its equivalent and with experience across a range of theatre or commercial establishments, you will need to demonstrate effective organisational and communication skills and awareness of current theatre and commercial issues.  Self-motivated and enthusiastic you will have a proven track record in performance venue management and development.
