The Mayor of London has exciting plans for Culture and Creative Industries in the capital. This is a great opportunity to be part of a passionate team, delivering on a wide variety of projects and policy which are shaping culture for and with Londoners.
As the Senior Policy Officer – Talent and Diversity, you will lead on the development and delivery of key policy and programmes managed by the Culture and Creative Industries Unit to ensure the Mayor’s Culture Strategy is inclusive and benefits diverse Londoners.
You will be responsible for developing policies and initiatives to help the Mayor deliver an inclusive programme as set out in his Culture Strategy. This will include policies and initiatives to help diversify the creative workforce; give diverse Londoners access to careers advice and jobs; and ensure that the Mayor’s cultural programmes are inclusive.
