Salary: £26,890 (negotiable according to experience)
We’re looking for someone with a passion for contemporary performance and experience of working with artists and audiences. You will have excellent people skills and be an experienced project manager.
Do you have a passion for contemporary performance and experience of working with artists and audiences?
You will manage our Spring and Autumn seasons of contemporary performance (around 30 shows a year) with a balance of theatre, physical theatre, circus, dance, live art and spoken word; our annual Watch Out festival; and our programme of contemporary performance for families (around 25 shows a year) including an annual Christmas show commission. You will oversee our residencies for artists, supporting a minimum of 26 residency-weeks each year. Supported by the Artist Development Producer you will be responsible for Troop, Cambridge Junction’s artists’ network and advisory service.

Located, twenty minutes’ walk form the centre of the city, Cambridge Junction is the edgy urban venue where each year 100,000 people experience 350 events in our three spaces. Our programme is made up of arts with a focus on contemporary theatre and dance; popular culture with a diverse programme of music, comedy and clubs; and creative learning. We have 20 permanent staff and a large team of casual staff, have an annual turnover of £2.25 million, and are an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation.
