We are looking for a Support Manager & Consultant to join our team in Cambridge. This is a new position and you will be providing support and training for Baker Richards software products (The Segmentation Engine, Revenue Management Application and Arts Engines Platform), engaging with leading arts organisations from around the world. You will also embark on our research training programme, reflecting the highly specialised nature of our work, and will work on consulting projects.
We are looking for someone with a strong aptitude for IT, meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. We are open to receiving applications from individuals with relevant skills and/or experience, and from individuals with aptitude for the position who will require more support and training.
