As we head into another busy year we’re looking for two dynamic people to join us as Production Managers to work across a range of ambitious arts events that will give you the chance to apply your existing planning and organisation and gain new ones. All our work is performed in the big outdoors, so you’ll need to be prepared for all weathers and have a flexible approach to ensuring that each of our shows happens in as seamless a way as possible.
You’ll be working in close partnership with our Producers and Head of Production across projects of every size and scale, in various locations around the country, so you’ll have exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm and collected while juggling ever-changing priorities.
Ideally, you’ll have several years’ experience, perhaps in a theatre, festival or events environment with a focus on making things happen as part of a results-focused team. Computer literate with the ability to work across Microsoft Office and a range of online tools, you’ll thrive on the adrenaline of working on different projects that have differing timescales, budgets and show dates.
You’ll also have a full driving licence and UK passport as there may be occasions when foreign travel is required.
