Theatr na nÓg is looking for a Welsh speaking Marketing, Press & Communications Manager.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing, Press & Communications Manager to join our team.
Rooted in the Welsh Valleys, Theatr na nÓg creates original theatre that genuinely connects, ensuring relevance and accessibility for all – from Abertyleri to Aberystwyth and from Blaenymaes to Brackla.
Theatr na nÓg thrives on bringing to life aspirational stories weaving its culture and heritage through everything it produces and presents. From shows for young audiences in schools to venues in villages up and down the country.
It has the ability to see potential in co-producing with venues and be a regular provider of main stage work, enabling the engagement of audiences from the socially deprived areas of South Wales to the rural areas of Mid Wales.
The company has a passion for dreaming up exciting productions that entice collaborations leading to a diversification of audiences from Merthyr to Makassar.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional employment in arts marketing and excellent communication skills in Welsh and English, who can build on Theatr na nÓg’s excellent reputation and promote and sell the company’s work to audiences throughout Wales and beyond.
- Marketing – devising and running all marketing campaigns, both print and
- digital, to sell the company and its work.
- Digital – managing and providing digital content for our website, social media, and other digital media.
- Communications – arranging and providing copy for an array of media outlets.
- Audience development – exploring and creating new audiences across a wide spectrum, including online audiences.
This is a full time position for a fixed term of 6 months with the possibility of extending.
