Annual salary £24,000 - £28,000, generous holiday allowance and other benefits
Full-time 37.5 hours per week

We’re looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing and creating comms that really pack a punch. You are a collaborative team player with bags of drive and determination to succeed in achieving sales and audience growth targets through an iterative process of fine-tuning and optimisation of messaging and execution as you go. You will have a proven track record of creating highly effective and persuasive email and social media marketing and comms and a strong understanding of what drives traffic and will elicit the greatest interaction and affinity with our brand.

You see yourself as a creative ideas factory, constantly learning, reflecting, and developing new marketing and comms ideas from an active feedback loop with your audiences and customers. You will relish the opportunity to be part of a friendly team in a busy digital music education business where teamwork and creative collaboration are the order of the day.

You will be a self-starter, able to seek new technical solutions and innovations to improve and evolve your performance. This role will give you a fantastic opportunity to hone and perfect your digital comms and marketing skills within an organisation known for its flexibility and ingenuity as well as somewhere you will feel genuinely supported to grow and develop into the role.
